Waldorf Toys

Waldorf toys are based on the educational philosophy of Rudolf Steiner, the founder of Waldorf education. Waldorf toys encourage children to use their imagination, creativity, and senses in play. 
Waldorf play is a place where play silks, pebbles, peg folk and pinecones can all be transformed into infinite possibilities. Toys often have simple shapes and colours that allow children to create their own stories and scenarios, while supporting the development of children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills through play.
